Sweet Kiss Me Sea Scallops on baby greens
The peppered papaya seed vinaigrette was amazing - I marinated the scallops in the vinaigrette for an hour and then sauteed the sea scallops in a light grapeseed oil. Served over a bed of greens with some caramelized Walla Walla sweet onions it was the best meal EVER!
